9,600 feet is the elevation at the base of Brian Head Resort, making it the highest Ski Resort in Utah. Brian Head is divided into two mountains: Navajo Mountain offers a gentle slope for easy going skiing, while the Giant Steps Mountain provides steeper, more challenging slopes. Brian Head is closer to Las Vegas (3 hours), than it is to Salt Lake City (4 hours). Lodging can be found in the town of Brian Head and in nearby Cedar City.
